Full Management
This is the most popular and comprehensive service that offers a Landlord complete peace of mind and includes all of the following:
Free Valuation
Regular Property Advertising – including our own website, The Cornishman, Zoopla and other websites
Accompanied viewing with all applicants
Tenant Selection – including referencing and checks on their ability to pay
Tenancy Agreement – including amendment to individual requirements
Inventory Preparation – including condition and pictures where necessary
Check-in and Check-out
Deposits – collection of the Deposit and liaising with the Deposit Protection Service
Rent Collection – including collecting late rents if necessary
First Point of Call – for your tenant in case of any problems with the property
Inspections – we will visit your property after one month and then at least every six months in order to report on your property
Remedial Works – using tested local tradesmen. Costs will be passed on without surcharging on invoices.

This service is for Landlords who want to manage the rent and maintenance of the property themselves and will include the first 8 points on our Full Management List.
