WHO WE ARE
We are a small charismatic team. We combine a relentless desire to meet your needs with the experience needed to unlock the lifestyle you have always wanted.

Theresa
I absolutely love my work, but I also value family time. There is nothing nicer than seeing my children with their children. It truly melts my heart. I am a very privileged nana to the most adorable grandchildren. When not working or with family, I love to swim, dance, walk and meditate.

Rob
I have been a volunteer at the Penzance Sea Cadets for over 15 years now. Here I am able to help young people learn to sail, row, swim, navigate, and so much more. Aside from this I like to play my guitar, explore Cornwall and spending time with my grandchildren.
Although qualified as a marine engineer I have worked along side Theresa running my business Property Solutions, a property maintenance company. In 2024 I put down the tools and joined the team in the office where I look after the rental properties. I have a gentlemen called Ryan who works for me enabling PRH to still have an in house property maintenace company which keeps down much of the costs for our clients.

Bex
Before working at PRH, I had always worked in hospitality and assisted in managing a large public house alongside undertaking my degree. I have always enjoyed working with people and love the fact that I now get to help people on their journey to find their home, whichever way they do that. When I’m not at the desk I’m spending my time with my daughter taking on whatever adventure we can find.
I love to make and create; baking is a great hobby of mine and I aim to make the most extravagant birthday cake for my little girl year on year! I believe we are so lucky to be surrounded but such a beautiful place, and adore spending time outdoors exploring the coast, the woodlands and occasionally going a little further afield to climb a mountain or two.

Caroline
I enjoy walking the coastal paths, wild swimming and sailing my boat in Mounts Bay and beyond. Consequently I know this area very well enabling me to assist you in your property search.
Locally, I am a member of the Mounts Bay Lugger Association sailing a Cornish Heritage Vessel, I play tennis and badmington and I'm a member of Penzance Sailing Club. I was one of the first female RNLI Lifeboat crew in my home town in Devon before working for the HM Coastguard as a Watch Officer.

How it all started
I initially started work as an estate agent over 25 years ago when I was approached by one of the towns leading agents who I had met when I was providing his business with their fleet vehicles. He knew my work ethic would assist his business to grow.
Fast forward to 2007 when the time was right for me to purchase my own business where I could bring my values even closer. My main objective to provide a better service than anyone else. At the time we had recently moved and having experienced the stresses first hand I could see where my empathetic nature was really needed to help my clients navigate through this stressful time.
Although I qualified through the National Association Of Estate Agents (now known as propertymark) many years ago, I never stop learning with new technology and legislation constantly evolving, training is ongoing. We strive to do things better and to go the extra mile.
OUR HISTORY
Since 2007 the business has grown exponentially through recommendation and word and mouth which is where a substantial amount of our business still comes from today. We continue to be professional yet personable estate agents who give you the accurate and unashamedly straight talking advice.
We feel it is important that you are given a truly informed view of the local market and you can expect a consistent top level of service from start to finish be it selling your home, buying a new home, renting your house, or becoming a tenant.
About the Team
If that is not enough of a family affair, our beautiful daughter Bex also works with us in the office. She brings to the table her youth, understanding of technology and her incredibly caring nature. Bex came to the following her degree in Psychology and many years’ experience in the hospitality field.
She has traded pulling pints for finding homes. Bex is passionate about supporting individuals through this exciting, but often stressful, process and aims always to provide a quality, positive service to all clients. As we are a small team she is training in both sales and lettings.
We also have a son ....... no he doesn’t work with us but has his own local business, Zenith Scaffolding. We obviously use him when and where we can.
To complete the team we have Caroline who has the same work ethos, understands what we strive to deliver and offers the same honesty, integrity and professionalism. Caroline is trained in sales but as a small office she is also happy to help with the lettings side when and where she can. We are delighted to have her as part of our team.
